A cupboard that won’t close properly or a spot where you need a rail can become a daily frustration. Our maintenance service helps with minor repairs and changes that make the home work better for you.
We discuss the job, how you use the space and any recommendations from your occupational therapist or other health professionals. For rails and other access changes, the assessment and installation details matter.
Before work starts, we go through access to the property, any permissions needed and how the job will fit around your day. You can bring photos or a short list; you don’t need to know the technical solution.
Arranging repairs and adjustments.
Describe what happens when you use the space. That’s often more useful than trying to name the work.
